POTATO CASSEROLE DELUXE 
5 c. cooked, peeled & sliced potatoes
1/2 c. butter corn flake crumbs
8 oz. sour cream
1 tbsp. minced onion
1/2 c. milk
Salt & pepper

Stir together sour cream, milk and onions. Spread half potatoes in buttered baking dish. Spoon half of sour cream mixture over potatoes. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Repeat layers. Bake uncovered 20-25 minutes. Serves 6.
