CHOCOLATE ORANGE STICK CAKE 
1/2 c. + 1 tbsp. cocoa
3 tbsp. canola oil
1 c. sugar
3/4 c. flour
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. butter
1/2 c. water
2 tbsp. Triple Sec
1 tbsp. shredded orange peel
4 eggs
1 tbsp. orange juice
1 tbsp. Triple Sec

Grease 8 x 8 inch pan. Line bottom with waxed paper. Grease paper. Dust pan with flour; tape out excess. Stir cocoa and oil until smooth.

In a large bowl combine 1 cup sugar, 3/4 cup flour, 1 1/2 teaspoon baking powder, 1/2 teaspoon baking soda and 1/2 teaspoon salt. Add 1/2 cup butter, 1/2 cup water, 2 tablespoons Triple Sec and 1 tablespoon orange peel. Beat on medium until combined. Then on high for 2 minutes. Add chocolate and 4 eggs.

Beat 2 more minutes. Pour into prepared pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 45-60 minutes. When cool split in 2 layers. Combine 1 tablespoon Triple Sec and 1 tablespoon orange juice and sprinkle on cut sides of cake. Spread with marmalade and 1/4 cup of chocolate icing. Serves 12.
