PUNCH BOWL CAKE | |
1 box yellow cake (lemon or white) 2 boxes instant vanilla pudding 3 bananas, sliced 2 cans cherry pie filling 2 (16 oz.) cans fruit cocktail, drained 2 (16 oz.) cans pineapple tidbits or crushed, drained 1 c. nuts, chopped 2 (6 oz.) cans coconut 2 (8 oz.) containers whipping cream Mix and bake cake as directed on box, making 2 layers. Cool. Prepare pudding; chill. Use 6 quart punch bowl or large glass bowl. Place 1 cake layer (intact or broken into pieces) in bowl. Add half of the following ingredients in this order: pudding, bananas, pie filling, fruit cocktail, pineapple, nuts, coconut and whipped topping. Repeat layering, chill. |
