PRALINE KISSES 
1 egg white
dash of salt
1 cup light brown sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla
2 cups whole pecans

Preheat oven to 250°F. Beat egg white with salt lightly in electric mixer. Beat in sugar and vanilla until light and smooth. Stir in pecans. Drop from teaspoon onto lightly greased cookie sheet.

Bake for 30 minutes.

Yields approximately 40-50 cookies.
