BREAKFAST CASSEROLE 
1 lb. sausage
6 slices buttered bread
1 1/2 c. grated cheese
6 eggs
2 c. milk or half and half
1 tsp. dry mustard

Make night before. Cook and drain sausage. Place bread in bottom of greased casserole. Sprinkle with grated cheese, then sausage. Beat eggs, add milk and mustard. Pour over casserole. Chill overnight. Bake at 350 degrees for 50 minutes or until puffed.
