1 c. flour
3 tsp. baking powder
2 tsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1 egg
1 c. milk
1/4 c. oil

Sift together the flour, baking powder, sugar, and salt. Set aside. Beat the egg and add the milk and oil. Mix together with the flour mixture. Batter should not be too runny. Cook in greaseless skillet, turning over when bubbly. Serve with honey, syrup, or powdered sugar.
