ZUCCHINI BAKE 
2 c. bread crumbs
1 tsp. sweet basil
1 tsp. parsley
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 clove garlic (crushed)
1 tsp. rosemary
5 sm. zucchini, thinly sliced
1 c. grated cheese
1/2 c. oil

Combine bread crumbs, garlic, basil, rosemary, parsley, salt and pepper in bowl, mixing well. Set aside.

Place 1/2 of zucchini squash in a greased 9x9 inch baking dish. Cover with 1/2 of the crumbs and 1/2 of the cheese. Sprinkle with 4 tbsp. of oil. Repeat layers. Bake at 375 degrees for 1 1/2 hours.

(Note: If using fresh zucchini, cook before mixing to save baking time and bake 25-30 minutes.)
