YUM YUM CAKE 
1 box of Duncan Hines Vanilla or Chocolate Cake Mix
1 box lemon (instant) pudding
1 (8 oz.) Philadelphia cream cheese
1 (4 oz.) can of crushed pineapples, drained
1 lg. banana
1 lg. Cool Whip

Bake cake in a rectangular pan (cookie sheet size). Blend 1 cup milk, dry lemon pudding mix and Philadelphia cream cheese. Spread over top of cake. Next, drain crushed pineapples and sprinkle over the pudding layer. Cut up banana into thin slices and place in pineapple juice for 5 minutes. Drain and place over crushed pineapple layer. Finally, smooth Cool Whip over entire cake and garnish with cherries and candy mint leaves or any favorite fruit garnish.
