TACO SALAD 
2 lb. ground beef
1 c. chopped olives
2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
1 head lettuce, shredded
3 tomatoes, cut up
1 pkg. dry taco seasoning
1 med. onion, chopped (optional)
1 med. bag Dorito nacho chips
1 (15 oz.) can red kidney beans

Brown meat in a little oil and mix in dry taco seasoning in skillet with kidney beans, simmer together 10 minutes. Cool. While meat is cooling; in a large bowl mix olives, cheese, lettuce, tomatoes and onions. Drain meat and mix with salad, then break up chips and mix all together. Top with taco sauce or favorite salad dressing if desired. Good to make ahead of time and let stand.
