SHRIMP CREOLE 
1 lg. green pepper, chopped
1 lg. onion, chopped
3 tbsp. shortening
2 cans tomato soup
3 tsp. lemon juice
Black pepper, garlic powder to taste
2 (10 oz.) frozen pkg. shrimp, rinsed & drained under cold water to defrost

In a skillet saute pepper and onion in shortening. Stir in tomato soup, lemon juice and seasonings to taste. Add shrimp to sauce, heat and simmer. Pour over rice.
