1 stick butter
1 egg, beaten
1 c. sugar
15 oz. can crushed pineapple
3 slices bread, diced

Blend together beaten egg, sugar and pineapple, juice and all. Pour into casserole dish and top with bread crumbs. Pour melted butter on top of this. Bake 350 degrees until brown on top.
