PINEAPPLE CASSEROLE 
1 lg. can crushed pineapple
4 eggs
2 tbsp. flour
Pinch of salt
3/4 c. sugar

Beat eggs. Add sugar, salt and flour. Add crushed pineapple. Mix and put into buttered casserole. Top with 3 slices fresh bread cut in cubes. Drizzle with 3/4 cup melted butter. Bake at 325 degrees for 20 minutes.

Real good with ham or any meal.
