CHILI PIE 
3 small cans of Ole' El Paso green chopped chilis
1 (10 oz.) pkg. of Cracker Barrel sharp cheddar cheese grated
2 tbsp. milk
2 eggs, beaten
2 pats of butter

Butter dish and place green chilis on the bottom of the dish. Spread cheese on top of chilis.

Mix eggs and milk together in a measuring cup and pour this mixture over the grated cheese.

Bake at 350°F for 45 to 60 minutes. Cool for 30 minutes. Cut and serve.
