SPAGHETTI PIE 
1 (7 oz.) pkg. spaghetti
2 tbsp. butter
1/3 c. Parmesan cheese
2 eggs, well beaten
1 c. cottage cheese
1 lb. ground beef
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/4 c. chopped green pepper
1 jar (15 1/2 oz.) spaghetti sauce
1/2 c. shredded Mozzarella

Cook spaghetti, drain. Add butter, cheese and eggs to hot spaghetti. Form mixture into "crust" in 10 inch pie plate. Microwave on high for 2 minutes. Spread cottage cheese over spaghetti crust, set aside.

Microwave on high, ground beef for 5 minutes and drain off fat. Add onion and green pepper. Microwave 2 to 3 minutes. Stir in spaghetti sauce, microwave, covered on high for 5 to 7 minutes. Stir, add this mixture to spaghetti crust covered with cottage cheese. Microwave 6 to 8 minutes, turning once. Sprinkle Mozzarella and melt.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
