FISH WITH PERFECT BATTER 
1/2 c. flour
1/4 c. cornstarch
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 egg
1/2 c. water
1 tsp. oil
1/2 tsp. sugar
1 tsp. vinegar
Onion salt
Fish fillets

Mix all ingredients; except fish, beat well. Dry fish off well with paper towel; then let soak in mixture for a few minutes. Deep fry. After frying, drain on paper towel. This will fix 1 pound of frozen fish. "Tastes like Long John Silvers Recipe."
