RHUBARB SALAD 
1 1/4 c. water
12 oz. rhubarb, frozen or raw
1/2 c. sugar
1 sm. box cherry or strawberry Jello
1/2 c. nuts
Chopped apples
Chopped celery
Dash salt

Cook water, rhubarb, and sugar until rhubarb is tender. Add box of Jello. Cool. Add nuts, apples, celery and salt.
