CRANBERRY DELIGHT 
1 pkg. (3 oz.) raspberry Jello
1/8 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. cinnamon
Dash of cloves
3/4 c. boiling water
8 oz. whole cranberry sauce
1 tbsp. grated orange rind
1/3 c. chopped walnuts
1 med. chopped tart apple

Dissolve gelatin, salt, cinnamon and cloves in boiling water. Add cranberry sauce and orange rind. Chill until thickened 45 minutes. Fold in apple and nuts. Pour into 3 cup mold. Chill until firm, about 3 hours. Unmold garnish as desired. 6 servings.
