2 c. mashed sweet potatoes
1/2 stick butter
2 eggs, beaten
1 c. sugar
1/4 c. milk
1 tsp. vanilla

Melt butter into hot potatoes. Add eggs, then other ingredients. Mix well. Spread mixture into bottom of baking dish. Add topping. Bake in 350 degree oven for 30 minutes. Serve hot or cold.

TOPPING:

1 stick butter
1/2 c. sugar
1/4 c. flour
1 egg, beaten
1 sm. can crushed pineapple

Melt butter, cream in sugar and flour. Add egg and pineapple. Mix well. Spread over potato mixture.
