FREEZER TOMATO SAUCE 
20 lg. tomatoes
4 lb. onions
4 lg. carrots
1/2 c. parsley flakes
3 tbsp. sugar
3 tbsp. salt
3/4 tsp. pepper

Core, wash and skin tomatoes, cut into chunks, cut up onions, carrots. Add parsley, sugar, salt and pepper. Bring to boil and simmer until it thickens. Cool and then put in blender. Then fill containers and put in freezer.

When using sauce for spaghetti, heat sauce and add a little Italian spice. For chili, add chili powder.
