PIE CRUST 
2 c. lard
4 c. flour
1 tbsp. salt
1 egg
1 tbsp. vinegar

Mix lard, flour, salt until crumbly. Beat 1 egg in cup. Add vinegar, fill remaining cup with milk. Add to flour mixture until soft dough. Add water if needed to make soft dough. Roll out on floured surface, put in pie pan. Bake at 375 degrees until done.
