BARBECUED SPARE RIBS | |
3 to 4 lbs. ribs, cut into serving pieces 1 lemon, sliced (or you can use lemon juice) 1 lg. onion 1 c. catsup 3 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce 1 tsp. chili powder 1 tsp. salt 2 dashes Tabasco sauce 1 c. water Place ribs in baking pan, meaty side up. Put lemon slice and an onion slice on each. Roast at 450 degrees for 30 minutes. Combine remaining ingredients and pour over the ribs. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 1/2 hours covered. Baste 2 or 3 times. |
