CASSEROLE 
1 c. shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
1/2 c. canned cream
2 c. diced cooked potatoes
1 can cubed Spam
2 tbsp. chopped pimentos (canned)

Heat oven to 350°F. In a medium saucepan heat cheese and cream, stirring constantly, until cheese is melted and sauce is creamy. Remove from heat. Stir in remaining ingredients. Pour into ungreased 1 1/2-quart casserole dish. Cover and bake 45 minutes.
