EXTRA SPECIAL CHICKEN 
4 boned chicken breast
4 oz. can dried beef
4 slices bacon
1 can mushroom soup
1 c. sour cream
4 slices provolone cheese (optional)

Run cold water over dried beef and drain. Arrange on bottom of 9 x 9 inch casserole dish. Roll cheese inside chicken and wrap with bacon. Arrange on beef. Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Add soup and sour cream. Bake 25 minutes more.
