SPINACH BALLS | |
2 pkgs. frozen chopped spinach, cooked with 1 tbsp. Accent 2 chopped onions 1/2 c. Parmesan cheese 2 c. Pepperidge Farm Ranch dressing 3/4 c. melted butter 1/2 tsp. Tabasco 6 beaten eggs 1/2 tsp. thyme 1 tbsp. garlic juice Drain cooked spinach well. Mix all ingredients and let stand for 1 hour. Spoon by teaspoonful onto cookie sheet. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 to 25 minutes. Can be frozen and then reheated. Makes approximately 100. |
