PINEAPPLE-COCONUT CAKE 
1 box white cake mix
1 can crushed pineapple
6 egg yolks
1 c. brown sugar
1 stick butter
2 tbsp. flour or cornstarch
1 can coconut

Mix cake according to directions on box, substituting pineapple juice for liquid. Bake as directed.

TOPPING: Place in saucepan, drained pineapple, butter, sugar, egg yolks and flour. Cook over low heat until thickened. Spread on cake, sprinkle with coconut.
