LOWFAT CHOCOLATE CHIP COOKIES 
1/2 c. granulated sugar
1/4 c. packed brown sugar
1/4 c. softened butter
1 tsp. butter
1 tsp. vanilla
1 egg white or 2 tbsp. cholesterol free egg product
1 c. all purpose flour
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 c. miniature semi sweet chocolate chips

Heat oven to 375 degrees. Mix sugars, butter, vanilla and egg white in large bowl. Stir in flour, baking soda and salt. Stir in chocolate chips. Drop dough by rounded teaspoon onto ungreased cookie sheet. Bake 8 to 10 minutes or until golden brown. Cool slightly and remove from cookie sheet. Yield: 2 1/2 dozen cookies, 75 calories each, 2 grams fat, 0 cholesterol.
