PORK CHOPS & RICE 
4 pork chops (1 1/2 inches thick)
1/2 c. uncooked rice
1/4 tsp. salt
3 c. tomato juice
1 sliced onion
4 tbsp. chopped green pepper

Brown pork chops in bottom of cooker on medium heat. Add tomato juice, sliced onion, chopped green pepper, salt and rice. Cook on medium heat on top of stove until steaming then turn to low heat or simmer for 1 1/2 hours.
