ANTIPASTA SALAD 
1/2 lb. feta cheese, cubed
1 lg. green pepper, cubed
3 stalks celery, cubed
1/4 c. black olives, sliced
1/4 to 1/2 lb. pepperoni, sliced thin
2 tomatoes, cubed
1 c. sliced mushrooms (optional)
1/2 c. radishes, sliced
1 bottle Italian dressing (diet or regular)

Toss al, except tomatoes and radishes. Pour dressing over salad mixture; marinate overnight. Add tomatoes and radishes when ready to serve salad.
