HOMEMADE VANILLA ICE CREAM 
4 eggs
2 tbsp cornstarch
1 tbsp flour
2 1/2 c sugar
2 qt. milk
1 pt. light cream
2 tbsp vanilla
1 tsp salt

Beat eggs until Foamy. Add cornstarch, flour, and sugar. Mix well. Heat 1 qt. milk, add egg mixture. Bring to slow boil stirring constantly to prevent scorching. Cool add cream, vanilla, salt, and remaining milk. Pour in ice cream freezer.

Makes 1 gallon.
