SEAFOOD CASSEROLE 
2 cans shrimp (deveined is better; I also use sm. frozen shrimp)
1 can crabmeat
1 green pepper
3 c. cooked rice
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 c. salad dressing (Miracle Whip)
1 c. chopped celery
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 can chopped mushrooms
1/2 c. slivered almonds
1 c. crushed potato chips

Drain mushrooms and save liquid. Pour liquid into measuring cup and add milk to make one cup. Mix all ingredients except chips and almonds. Place in greased 9x12 inch casserole. Put chips and almonds on top. Bake at 350 degrees for one hour.

Note: Also tastes good served cold on lettuce leaves.
