HOLIDAY YAMS 
4 lb. yams
1 tsp. salt
1 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. melted butter
2 tsp. grated orange rind
2 tbsp. lemon juice
1/4 c. orange juice
1/2 c. chopped nuts
1/4 tsp. cinnamon
Dash of mace
1 c. grated coconut
Miniature marshmallows

Cover yams with water; add salt and cook until tender. Peel yams and mash until smooth. Add remaining ingredients, except coconut and marshmallows. Mix and place in greased casserole. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Sprinkle with marshmallows and top with coconut. Place again in oven and brown lightly.
