HAMBURGER NOODLE BAKE 
2 lbs. ground beef
1 1/2 onions, chopped
1/2 chopped green pepper

Cook until brown.

Cook 8 ounce medium noodles according to directions and drain well; return to kettle. Stir in meat mixture; 1 1/2 cans tomato soup, 2 cups shredded American cheese, 1 (6 ounce) bottle chili sauce, 1 teaspoon salt, 1 teaspoon chili powder, 1/4 teaspoon pepper and 1 cup water. Mix well. Place in 13 x 9 x 2 baking dish. Toss 1 1/2 cups soft bread crumbs and 1/8 cup melted butter. Sprinkle on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
