ROQUEFORT DRESSING 
1/2 pt. sour cream
3 oz. Roquefort cheese
2 cloves garlic
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
Salt
Pepper
1/4 c. buttermilk

Crumble Roquefort cheese and set aside. Cut garlic into small pieces. Mix together in bowl, the sour cream, garlic, Worcestershire sauce and Roquefort cheese. Add salt and pepper to taste. Mixture may be thinned if desired by adding buttermilk in it; amounts until appropriate consistency is reached.
