ECLAIR CAKE 
1 box graham crackers
2 sm. pkg. instant French vanilla pudding
3 c. milk
12 oz. pkg. Cool Whip

FROSTING:

2 pkg. Nestle's Choco Bake
2 tsp. white Karo syrup
2 tsp. vanilla
3 tbsp. soft butter
3 tbsp. milk
1/2 c. powdered sugar

Beat pudding with milk. Fold in Cool Whip. Line 9 x 13 pan with graham crackers, pour 1/2 pudding over these. Another layer of graham crackers, remaining pudding and another layer of graham crackers. Frost. Refrigerate overnight.
