CHOCOLATE ZUCCHINI CAKE 
1/2 c. softened butter
1/2 c. oil
1 3/4 c. white sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
2 c. shredded zucchini
1/2 c. buttermilk
2 1/2 c. flour
1/4 c. cocoa
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. cloves
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 c. nuts

Cream butter, oil and sugar together; beat in 2 eggs, vanilla and buttermilk. Combine dry ingredients, beat in mixture. Put zucchini and nuts in last. Sprinkle 1/2 cup chocolate chips and 1/2 cup nuts on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 40-45 minutes. 9 x 13 inch pan.
