PORK CHOPS 
2 tbsp. plain flour
1 tbsp. ground mustard
1 tsp. season salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
4 pork chops
2 tbsp. vegetable oil

Mustard Sauce:

2 tsp. ground mustard
1 c. water
1/2 c. chopped onion
2 tbsp. ketchup
2 tbsp. orange marmalade
1 tbsp. soy sauce
1 tbsp. Dijon mustard

Combine flour, ground mustard, season salt and pepper. Dredge pork chop in flour mixture. In skillet, brown pork chops in oil over medium heat on both sides about 8 minutes. Combine the sauce ingredients. Pour over pork chops. Cover pork chops and heat; simmer until pork chops are tender, about 20 minutes. Pour sauce over pork chops when serving. Good with rice or potatoes and green beans.
