MEATZA PIE 
2 lb. ground beef
1 1/3 c. milk
1/2 c. fine dry bread crumbs
2 tsp. garlic salt
1 (4 oz.) can mushrooms
2/3 c. ketchup
2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
4 tbsp Parmesan cheese
1/2 tsp. oregano

Mix meat, milk, bread crumbs and garlic salt. Lightly pat into the bottom of a jelly roll pan. Spread ketchup over the meat. Arrange mushrooms on top. Cover with shredded cheese. Sprinkle oregano and Parmesan cheese over all.

Bake in hot 450°F oven for 20 minutes.
