QUICK ORIENTAL CHICKEN 
1 (3 lb.) chicken, cut into pieces (removing skin is optional)
1 (8 oz.) bottle of Teriyaki sauce
1 med. onion, cut into rings
1 lg. green bell pepper, cut into rings
1 cube of butter

Place chicken pieces into a 9x12x2 inch oblong pan. Pour sauce over chicken. Place onions and peppers on top of the chicken. Cut butter into pats and place on top of the chicken. Cover with foil and put into a 350 degree oven for 60 minutes or until chicken is down. Serve with a mushroom rice (white rice and mushrooms).
