RASPBERRY CRANBERRY SALAD 
2 (3 oz.) pkg. raspberry gelatin
1 1/2 c. boiling water
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen raspberries
1 pkg. cranberry-orange relish
1 c. 7 Up

Dissolve the gelatin in the boiling water. Add the frozen raspberries and the cranberry-orange relish. Mix well and refrigerate to cool. Add 7 Up. Let set until firm.

Cut into squares and serve on lettuce with either Cool Whip or mayonnaise.
