PORK CHOPS ALOHA 
8 med. pork chops, boneless
2 tsp. salt
1/4 tbsp. white pepper
1/2 c. onions, finely chopped
1/4 c. green pepper, chopped
1 1/2 tbsp. dry mustard
2 (8 oz.) cans tomato sauce
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/3 c. white vinegar
1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple
1/4 c. brown sugar

Place pork chops in ungreased baking dish. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Mix all the remaining ingredients and pour over pork chops. Bake uncovered in 350 degree oven for 1 hour and 15 minutes. Baste often with sauce to glaze pork chops. Note: Chicken breasts can be used instead of the pork. Serve with fluffy white rice.
