MOO GOO GAI PAN 
8 oz. chicken breast
8 oz. bok choy
1 tsp. oil
1/2 tsp. salt
2 oz. bamboo shoots
2 oz. water chestnuts
2 oz. fresh mushrooms
1 oz. pea pod
1/2 oz. soy sauce
1 tsp. cornstarch
1 tsp. pepper

Cook meat in oil. Take meat out and cook vegetables in pan. Add meat and seasonings. Thicken and serve.
