SPINACH LASAGNE | |
1 1/4 lbs. ground beef 2 pkgs. chopped spinach 1/2 lb. lasagne noodles 1 (No. 2 1/2) can tomato sauce 1/2 lb. lg. curd cottage cheese 6 oz. grated Parmesan cheese Cook spinach and drain well. Saute meat in small amount of oil. Drain off grease. Add sauce, simmer 1/2 hour. Add spinach and cottage cheese. Mix until cheese almost melted. Cook noodles - drain and rinse in cold water. Alternate noodles, sauce and Parmesan. Top with cheese. Refrigerate overnight. Heat in 350 degree oven for 30 minutes. |
