KABOBS 
1/2 c. salad oil
1/4 c. vinegar
1/4 c. chopped onion
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper
2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
2 lbs. lean beef (1 1/2 inch cubes)
Vegetables desired

Combine all ingredients, but meat and vegetables. Mix well. Add meat to marinade and stir to coat. Refrigerate overnight or let stand 2 or 3 hours. Turn occasionally. Put on skewer with assorted vegetables. Cook over grill until meat is ready.
