FRUIT SALAD 
2 (20 oz.) cans pineapple chunks
3 sm. cans mandarin oranges
1 lg. can sliced peaches
4 bananas
1 lg. pkg. frozen strawberries
2 sm. pkg. vanilla pudding, NOT instant
1 lg. pkg. strawberry Jello
3 tbsp. Minute Tapioca

Drain juice from all cans. Save 4 cups of juice. Combine juice, pudding, Jello and tapioca in saucepan. Cook until thick on low heat. Cool; pour over fruit. Stir in strawberries. This makes a lot. It can be cut in half.
