SQUASH AMBROSIA 
2 to 4 med. summer squash
1 med. onion
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream
1 pkg. homemade or stove top stuffing
3 eggs

Boil squash and onion; drain. In bowl, add vegetables, soup, and sour cream. Mix in all but 1/2 cup of stuffing. Put in casserole dish. Add remaining stuffing spread on top. Bake 30 minutes at 350 degrees.
