ITALIAN SQUASH SUPREME 
2 lb. Italian squash, sliced 1/4 inch
1/4 c. chopped onion
1 c. cream of chicken soup
1 c. sour cream
1 c. shredded carrots
1 pkg. Stove Top dressing
1/4 lb. melted butter
Salt and pepper

Cook squash, onion and carrots 5 minutes and drain. Combine chicken soup and sour cream. Stir in drained vegetables. Combine stove top dressing mix in bottom of baking dish. Spoon vegetables over this mixture and top with remaining stuffing mix. Bake uncovered 40 minutes at 350 degrees.
