4 ripe kiwi 2 eggs 2 c. whipping cream Green food coloring (optional) 2/3 c. orange juice 1 1/2 c. sugar 1/2 tsp. vanilla In the blender, mix kiwi and orange juice. In a bowl, beat eggs and sugar, add cream, vanilla, and food coloring. Stir in kiwi, orange juice, mix well. Pour in bowl with lid and set in freezer or crank in ice cream freezer. 2 quarts. | |

I used to have this recipe in a cook book years ago. Lost the book, haven't been able to find another one like it and have been hunting for this for years. This is a very refreshing icecrram that is yummy but not heavy. Perfect for summer!!
