ZUCCHINI CASSEROLE 
1 stick butter
2 c. diced zucchini
1 med. onion, chopped
1 box Stove Top dressing, chicken flavor
1 can cream chicken soup
1 (8 oz.) sour cream

Melt 1/2 of butter in bottom of 2 to 2 1/2 quart casserole dish. Cook zucchini in water until tender and put on top of butter. Mix dressing as directed on package. Put on top of the onion and zucchini mix and add sour cream, chicken soup, and 1/2 stick of melted butter. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes.
