VEGETABLE MEDLEY 
1 head cauliflower
1 bunch fresh broccoli
1 lb. carrots
1 (8 oz.) jar Cheez Whiz
2 tbsp. instant chicken broth crystals
1/2 jar jalapeno Cheez Whiz or 1 can Nacho cheese soup (Campbells)

Steam head of cauliflower. (Cut out the hard core, but leave head whole). Time - approximately 15-18 minutes, but do not let it get "mushy". Cut off tough broccoli stems and separate into spears. Steam until tender but not "mushy". Scrape or peel carrots and cook whole in water to cover to which the crystals have been added. When cool enough to handle slice lengthwise into strips.

Mix the 2 Cheez Whizes and heat. If you use the soup, heat undiluted. Place cauliflower head in center of serving dish or platter. Arrange the broccoli spears and carrot strips alternately around the cauliflower. Drizzle the hot cheese mixture (or soup) over vegetables. Serves 8.
