GOLDEN TOPPED BAKED BEANS 
2 (1 lb.) cans baked beans in tomato sauce
1 tbsp. minced onion
1 tsp. prepared mustard
1 tsp. horseradish
Prepare mustard
8 1/4 inch thick sliced Canadian bacon
4 1/2 inch thick orange slices, halved
1/4 c. brown sugar, packed
1 tbsp. butter
Whole cloves

Start heating oven to 400 degrees. In deep fluted 9 inch pie plate or shallow casserole (5-cup capacity), combine beans, minced onion, 1 teaspoon mustard and horseradish.

Spread bit of mustard on each slice of Canadian bacon; on top of beans, arrange bacon with orange slices, pinwheel fashion. Sprinkle all with brown sugar; dot with butter; stud with cloves. Bake 25 minutes.

Makes 4 servings.
